Love Island couple recreate first date
Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham, who appeared on the ITV reality dating series Love Island, have recreated their first official date, which took place during the series and featured a hot air balloon ride.
The event took place to launch the opening of a new pop-up café at Olympic Park by biscuit brand Joyfills, which has opened the café to mark the end of British Summer Time. The brand is also releasing new variations of its range of Cadbury and Oreo-themed biscuits.
Dyer and Fincham, who were voted the winners of the 2018 series, are one of the few couples from the series to still be together. The weather for their October hot air balloon ride in London was somewhat different to the original, which took place in Mallorca during the summer. To compensate for this, Dyer and Fincham were seen wearing a beige teddy bear coat and a faux-fur lined Parka jacket, respectively.
While you may think it would not be feasible to take a hot air balloon ride this late in the year, some operators offer them all through the year, even in winter. What’s more, taking a hot air balloon on a frosty winter’s day, possibly even with snow, can make for a stunning and unique experience. You can even celebrate the end of the year with one. You may also be surprised by how warm you feel in the air, because the balloon moves with the wind, so you feel no chill from it.
